Returns & Exchanges

We at Natural Apiary wants you to be delighted with the quality, comfort and value of your purchase and we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Goods can only be Refunded or Exchanged within 28 days of invoice date.

Simply complete the form below with your return or exchange instructions and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Cut and stick the Natural Apiary return address label to the front of your parcel.

IMPORTANT: We will only be able to refund an exchange on confirmation of the return to our warehouse, or with a 'certificate of posting' from the Post Office.

Refund Policy

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its ORIGINAL CONDITION with PROOF OF PURCHASE and we’ll exchange or refund it.

Unless faulty, this should be within 28 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.

Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes items you've purchased in Promotional or Sale events.

Return Postage Refund

We can only refund the maximum amount of the standard postage that was paid, when your purchase was originally sent, on proof of return postage.

For Example:

  • Original postage fee paid: $5.00
  • Return postage fee paid: $12.00
  • Postage fee to be refunded: $5.00

This is to prevent excessive return postage fees. This does not affect your Statuary Rights. We recommend you tracking your returned item(s), as we cannot be held liable for items lost by the postal service.

We're unable to accept returns at Amazon, you must return to our warehouse, by contacting Customer Service.

Ordinarily if you have your receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase. This includes items you've purchased in Clearance or Price Match events.

Please return any unwanted item, unless faulty, in its original condition. We'd expect this to mean that:

  • You've kept all original packaging and labels
  • It's undamaged and unused (excludes normal examination of the product as you might do in bricks and mortar store)
  • You haven't entered any personal data/marks on to the product

Where a product has been made to measure or personalised for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange.

For Postal Charges we’ll refund the standard delivery charge from your original purchase, provided you return the full order. If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. You are liable for the cost of sending the goods back.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
